This just might be the draft two have two 2nds and two 3rds So many options it seems in those two rounds

Sam Hubbard and Rankins are good players but to keep those three guys, price of the game. Pratt also wants to be traded so that is more cap space. I mean, I still want Higgins but the Bengals can make it work
Ultimately, I think Devante will be released and immediately signed by the Chargers. He’s still really good and he wants to play on the west coast.
And NYJ get 29 MIL coming back to them. It makes too much sense.

The problem for getting Joe a SB will be their defense and they wont have much money left to improve it.

He had a write up today about the Jets cap - and he mentioned how Adams still might want to play with A-A-Ron
Zach replied that its not a lock that Adams will follow Rodgers this time but since the Jets aren't paying him $36m this year, he will not be on the Jets roster and they will get the cap savings.
So if Zach is right, Adams will be released or traded. And if he released, the Chargers for sure should make a quick call. Come on Davante -- you don't want to play with A-A-Ron in Pittsburgh do you?!!?

There will be WR options that can complement Chase. Heck - look at all the names popping up with the Chargers: Adams, Allen, Kupp, Diggs, Deebo, Cooper, Mike Williams, Hollywood, etc. I get none are Higgins but serviceable if they keep Hendrickson.

That would free up the FO to get a Hampton in the 1st knowing they got 2 guys they really like in the 2nd to shore up the D line and create monster pressure.
It works both ways. CHI has 39 and 41….

I prefer two picks in both round 2 and 3
Jacksonsville, Raiders and Patriots all would be good partners for dropping from 22 to get 2nd and 3rd rounders
Again, if the board is such that the players targeted are gone. Not dropping to drop

Trade next years 1st and their 3rd this year to get 39 41. CHI would still have a top 10 pick this year and 2 3rds and the Chargers would have 22-39-41-55.
Imagine what Hortiz, Harbaugh and Minter could do with that…

No way Tomlin and Rodgers can coexist . . . . . . . . . they are literally opposite, as in 'team first' vs 'me first'. I think GM's and HC's will be wary of Rodgers this time around, with all the nonsense he put the Jets through . . . . . .if they want to keep their jobs.
