It points to ponying up for Dalman.
Monheim is rising after showing surprising anchor and bend in Mobile.
Drew Kendall had a good showing at Shrine.
The comp for Jared Wilson us Zack Frazier and he is now in play at #86.

That means it's really unlikely that we'll see a TE prospect who measures up to Bowers for about 10 years to come.
So *OF COURSE* no TE that is coming out THIS year... or next year... or the year after that is going to be comparable to Bowers himself.
When posters come off with the 'tude that there's no TE worth drafting, unless he's as good as Bowers is... Well, that guy has boxed himself into a corner, because there are scheme-fit TEs who are worth drafting, even if they aren't Bowers. You think this team couldn't use Sam LaPorta?
We don’t have to have the best TE in the last 20 yrs to have a very good TE. I see 5 Rookie TEs jump off the page as an immediate TE1 for our 2025 team, it could be 7 or 8. FA market looks pretty weak to me.Justin Herbert is Elite. Ride or Die ...

amd there are 2 elite differnce making quality TE's in this draft that are head and shoulders above the others in this draft....Warren has been compareds to Gronk and Loveland has been compared to Kelsey because of his elusive ad lib getting open movement skills..... and Loveland will be a better pro than he was in college because he will have a great QB throwing him the ball....loveland could lead this team in receptions the way Gates used to do.... and he is a great red zone threat...only problem is we may have to trade up a few spots to get ahead of DEN to get him.....
I assume the Chargers will aquire a starting RG in FA and maybe a starting DL like sweat or Milton williams.... and add a mid range deep threat WR like Slayton...and maybe another vet CB.... then re-sign some of our our FA's..... and use the draft for TE, RB, future C .... and defensive help

I like Taylor a lot, and would still really love to see a pure weapon like Fannin though the world keeps yelling at me that he's not a Harbaugh Type of TE. uh, ok. sorry.
Arroyo has shot up everyone's boards, I havent looked very closely - I'll plead ignorance and accept their recommendation and add him as #5 in the mix. Some have him at #3.Justin Herbert is Elite. Ride or Die ...

Kendall in particular. 2 years in S&C away from being a starter.

The Chargers don't need Kellen Winslow - they just need a good solid player like the above names.

Ertz is 33-34 but he had a damn good year in AZ and still looks like he has gas in the tank.
