Tmac won’t get open like Calvin. He runs good routes and has good body control and uses his body very well to shield DBs and win jump balls. But he doesn’t have a complete route tree (yet) and he’s not taking the top off of defenses like Calvin. DBs won’t need to stay an extra 5 yards back to not get burned deep with him. he had to constantly jump-ball to win against B-league college DBs, he ain’t getting open more in the pros. Calvin was GENERATIONAL and better than any receiver you have mentioned. Comparing him to Megatron is ridiculous hype.

I thought Bowers was a slam dunk star, he is different than Kelce.

Why would T-Mac even be available? He's a top ten pick, I'm not sure why folks are talking about a kid that won't be anywhere near pick #22...but if he was available and you pass on him you can't come back and tell your fans that you drafted BPA in the draft...

Only reason he is being talked about is because he has been dropping in mock drafts. Doesn't really mean anything just something to talk about before the draft. Players drop every year for reasons unknown to us, so who knows.

McConkey gives production and deep threat.

MW works sidelines and contested catches when nothing else is open.

QJ is working hard and I project great improvement.

DD is there; maybe Reagor.

A receiving TE + our running attack covers the rest.

Last year, Hortiz said that Malik Nabers was the highest receiver he ever graded and then went and drafted Ladd.

Agree Ravens have valued speed over pure size, I don't think they are against a combo of both though. He didn't choose Ladd over Nabers though, he chose Alt over Nabers. I'd bet a taco platter that If Nabers were on the board at 33, Joe would have taken Nabers.

Call them "spies," call them "reliable sources" or "contacts," but how else would u explain Trader Joe trading up for Conk last year? I still think he must have gotten some very credible intel from one of his "friends" with another team, or a friend of a friend, that one of the teams ahead of us had Conk targeted...or that someone else was going to trade up...

No spies, just good homework on what other teams were looking for and he did not want to take a chance on Ladd. He proved himself correct on this.

Just a clarification, I grew up in the San Fernando Valley. Birmingham HS. I’m an old. Been in Fort Worth since 95. Still follow SFV football from afar. Pittman ( Oaks Christian ) and London ( Moorpark ) were CIF Southern Section players, not OC. But OC is part of the CIF SS. So, some of the best best HS WRs come out of there every year.
