I like Warren and loveland. So do a lot of teams. We probably take a later TE. I believe Failing one of the first two falling to us. Work the draft as it comes in Rd 1. There are a lot of good players that we can use.

Not that I advocate this, but this feels like a trade up for Loveland if they don't address the TE position before the draft.Originally posted by sonorajim View Post

1) Woods, Peter- DT/Clemson
2) Pregnon, Emmanuel- OG/Oregon
3) Moore, Derrick- EDGE/Michigan
4) Demmings, Charlie- CB/S. F. Austin

U better believe Trader Joe will have the spies all out finding out if anyone, especially the Donks, have Loveland targeted before us...Originally posted by Chargers8491 View Post

Sorry to hear this...hope it doesn't affect Henley's play on the field...Originally posted by jamrock View Posthttps://www.latimes.com/california/s...g-u-enterprise
Daiyan Henley's father arrested today. Doesn't sound good for "Big U"
Edit: A fugitive I guess, not arrested

LT had fumble issues early as well. Had 12 in college.Originally posted by Chargers8491 View Post
I don't know, his fumble history makes me leery of him. He had 5 fumbles in 2023 and 4 in 2024 including the 2 in the Fiesta Bowl. Guys at the pro level will be doing everything they can to strip him from the ball. The defenders are going to be bigger and stronger at the NFL. He's not going to be playing against future insurance salesmen like he did in college.
Had 8 as a rookie. Tapered them down rather quickly. Only had 3 the next year and 2 the next year.
Doubt he comes close to us

You and Hacksaw are the only two people who think Joe Hortiz uses spies. You've been watching too much TV, I'm afraid. Or... I don't know... Maybe it's the pharmaceuticals?

We are staring Najee Harris. We need to draft an RB with some serious juice.
Ryan day cited the Lions run game when talking to Henderson about introducing Judkins.
Harris and Henderson would be our version."The best defense is more offense."

problem is the top 2 will be elite TE's for more than a decade and be the center of the offense that smartly aquires them, making clutch catches over the middle to keep drives going and allow you to keep running the ball and spreading ball around..... the other TE;s in the draft all have major issues that will allow them to just be rotational or part time players.... BUT not difference makers like Loveland and Warren....Originally posted by sonorajim View Post

scary thing is that Loveland may be drafted before Warren because he has the greater upside.... Jeremiah has them ranked as 5th and 6th best players in draft..... Bowers was ranked as 5th and he stupidly fell to raiders at 15ish? odds are both TE's will be long gone before we pick.... BUT we NEED Loveland far more than any other team, because currently we have the worst TE group in NFL(and worst Ive ever seen) and NONE of them can consistently catch the freakiing ball!!!

I think I would rather trade a pick for Loveland over sending more than a 5th for like goedertOriginally posted by Chargers8491 View Post
