I have less time for the house reporters that lob softball questions and provide no analysis, no nothing really.
Folks make too much of both sides of these interviews. Daniel asks the questions that should be asked, normally. You can’t watch the NYG game and not ask about the OL. Chargers officials don’t answer press questions candidly and they always support their players. Every player, at all times, its their creed. The circle of life continues, they have repeated it dozens of times and will repeat it a dozen more before Christmas. nobody should be surprised or animated by either side in this kabuki dance and think more than 2 seconds about it

Let me translate: When Gro said he thinks Boze has played well, what he actually said is he doesn’t believe he has anyone better he can replace him with.

Vidal was active in NY, but got no touches and remains on the PS with a 2025 UDFA out of South Dakota State, Amar Johnson. Haskins has not had a touch through 4 games, last season he averaged 2.6 yds on 34 carries. This team continues to suffer from injury bad luck, losing Najee suddenly is a boon for Hampton, but in the long run it has severely weakened an important part of of the offense, if Hampton is the only RB on the roster or PS who is a viable ball carrier.

Worth noting is that Raheim Sanders is 4th on depth chart in Cleveland now that they have Quinshon Judkins going. The Browns activated Sanders for week 1 only, when he had 3 carries for 3 yds, one being a 1 yd TD run. They have not activated Sanders since. If the Browns waive him, I wonder if Hortiz would put in a claim, or offer a low-value trade for him.
Maybe we will but he isn't the answer either. I wouldn't offer a pick for him. If we would offer a pick for a RB there are better ones on teams rosters.

You are a giver, good Sir. Eating that yellow-stickered gray meat so that we might all know more. Sniff … getting choked up here. WTF has our Mayor given for us lately besides yelling at half the city? And where the hell is our goddamn Gubbanerrrr, off on some lobbyist-paid junket to Cancun?

Wu for King! ONE MORE KING! (Note sure it’ll stick, we may need to work on the marketing a bit …)

I'm telling ya dmac. Check out those yellow sticker meat deals at Sprouts. It's really not all that gray. wu makes many sacrifices for TPB that are even more thankless. Only the Founder, the great Fleet 1 can top it.

I'm sure you are correct. It's just that RB is thin right now behind Hampton, if something happened to him it would become very difficult.

                    No

I do things nobody (but Fleet) knows about too. Thats how I want it. He deserves more support from each of us than he gets imo. Too many are riding in the free seats section...

True, but another and more important reason he’s not criticizing the OL is because he knew he called the wrong plays that put them in indefensible positions.

Everybody keeps foaming at the OL. I put the blame on Roman. There was a brief stretch where the offense came back from the deficit with much quicker throws and Omarion runs….but then Roman abandoned it and the train went of the tracks again.

This was and is the OC’s problem.

Yup. Justin needs to be quicker and decisive with his throws.

The Giant game is perfect to review and time how long before each of Justin’s hits.

Use that going forward as the limit you have to get the ball out on passing plays.

It’s as simple as that unless he prefers getting hit.

I like the thought process that Herbert needs some accountability but maybe the play calls need to allow for quicker throws
and maybe the blocking scheme, extra blockers if need be - need to be added to allow for him time to throw

It is a collective effort and it starts with the coaching staff.
