Dupree still on the roster but maybe that is just because they want to make sure they are covered at Edge in case things really blow upOriginally posted by Critty View PostChargers cap space is now 99mil after releasing Becton, Dissly and Washington.
With Diggs being released - who is going to get Alec Pierce? Drake Maye or Justin Herbert

I really liked Dissly last year...not sure what happened this season...
In any event...could be alot of new faces on this team, particularly offense, this next year.2026 Final Signature Mock
1. Caleb Lomu G/T Utah
2. Gabe Jacas Edge Illinois(Lawrence, Dennis-Sutton)
3. Kamari Ramsey S USC
4. Kaleb Proctor DT SE Louisiana
6. Jager Burton G/C Kentucky

The only way to get Pierce was to go cheaper at Center and Edge3 . So instead of Linderbaum and Oweh, the Chargers get Pierce. Clowney, Ossai and Cam Jordan (per Poppers list) are other Edge names probably cheaper than ChaissonOriginally posted by Boltx View Post
Great list!
The Patriots will have something to say about Pierce as he fits them too. Both Maye and Herbert would be perfect QBs for a player like Pierce.

If we don't get one of the top two or three centers! I feel fine with us drafting Logan Jones, or Slaughter, or Brain Parker and seeing if they could be a day one starter IF that would get us a weapon like Pierce. Colts are probably going to make him a huge offer tho.Originally posted by Bolt4Knob View Post

With our two OT's back and a veteran free agent OG and a blue chip rookie OG, one of these three OC's as rookies could be just fine.

Probably would need to sign Lloyd Cushenberry or that kind of one year stop gap just to be sure.Originally posted by electricgold View Post

Colts already screwed up by not franchising him and tagging Daniel Jones. People question Hortiz -- Ballard has been terrible

I could live with Cushenberry for one season, with the hope one of the top OC's in the draft pans out. To me Logan Jones is very similar to Lindenbaum, they even went to the same college.Originally posted by Bolt4Knob View Post

Pierce would be the speed WR, McDaniel and Herbert needs. Perfect fit. But we should probably make one of the top 3 free agent OC's a priority.
