I always thought Johnson played well in Pittsburgh but they moved on from him and created a hole at WR for themselves…that’s kind of a red flag…I’ve read that he’s not good in the locker room…

Yeah, there is always a reason when a team trades a player who performs on the field and creates a hole in their roster. Boltjolt said he has some dropsies challenges. His catch percentage was between 61-64 % when Roethlesberger was playing. But post Roethlesberger it dropped to under 59%. That may be more due to the QB play post Roethlesberger in Pitt.

Not sure why Tart does not play more? Every time he is on the field I see him win his one on ones and make plays. On the pass he tipped/batted, he got knocked to the ground by the blocker and then did a martial arts type spring back up. Quite impressive for someone of his size (and uh, girth)

I traced this rumor back to its apparent original source. This writer, Tony Pauline, who is completely unfamiliar to me, wrote in SportsSkeeda that the Chargers are looking to move on from Palmer. I think it's just his opinion with nothing else to back it up. Take it with a quarter grain of salt IMO.

There might be something to it. Pauline has broken stories before. After the Combine, he was the one that reported that some GMs saw Malik Nabers as “high maintenance”. And he was blasted for that, even though he was merely reporting what he heard. Turns out there was some truth to that story. I just don’t understand why they’d want to move on from Palmer right now - unless he’s quietly asking to be traded, which I guess is possible.

Is he shut down for the year? I haven't seen that.
