FYI on new Chargers RB Hassan Haskins...He scored five TDs against Ohio State in a game during the 2021 Michigan season. Ohio St. finished at 11-2 and ranked 6th overall that year. Pretty impressive! I believe we must keep Haskins on the 53 man roster since he was a waiver pickup. In other words I don't think we can PS him. Maybe I'm wrong.

...someone said that the reason is stick can help Heineke learn the offense, LOL, it really didn't seem like Easton had a grasp on the offense this preseason, WOW and people still believe that John Spanos is not back there pulling strings? LOL
on a side note, Stick will get his full 2.6 mil salary fully guaranteed if he's still on the roster by week one, so even if he goes to the PS after that he'd still get his full pay, wow, must be nice to get scouted by John Spanos...there is no way that under any NORMAL circumstance that the team would pay him a cent more than PS minimum to stick around assuming that he would be kept around at all in those types of circumstances...mind you he already got his bonus and BTW when he signed they gave him 1.4mil out of his 2.6 contract value guaranteed, why? IDK, that's a sweet deal and not something that you see on a low level signing for a player that has no market or leverage...still tho, if they cut him tomorrow it would save the chargers 1.25mil in cap space, that's not nothing, that's money that could be used to sign someone else..."The author assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the content of this post. even the guys that hate hearing that John Spanos meddles with personnel decisions have to admit that it's not good roster management to cut someone other than Easton Stick to make room for Taylor Heineke...of course we also know it doesn't make cap sense or business sense to throw away 1.25 mil on a guy that will wind up on the PS eventually, yeah, sure, John doesn't have his hands in the cookie jar, LOL... come on, you don't have to be a CIA analyst to put these things together when this type of strange nonsensical shit has been going on for years and years..."The author assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the content of this post. Difference is, if he cleared waivers and was on the Titans PS and we poached him, then we would have to keep him on the active roster for i believe at least, 3 games?
But he was waived and we claimed him..1. Mason Taylor TE LSU

This is from the official team website:
John Spanos was named President of Football Operations for the Chargers in May 2015 and oversees all football-related functions of the team, including player personnel, coaching, player finance and the salary cap, medical, equipment, video, player engagement and security.
I'm sure Harbaugh requested full roster control as part of his signing on. With the moves they're making, it sure seems he's getting his way. Hopefully Stick is the last bastion of a decade of floundering and squandering.
I think Hortiz and Harbaugh are on the right track- good draft, solid trades, building depth...things the previous regime did not do.

And the ridiculousness of that decision is that they would have zero problems getting Easton onto the PS..."The author assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the content of this post. on a side note, we got Heineke for a 7th round pick...it turns into a 6th rounder if Taylor plays a ton and guides us to the playoffs..."The author assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the content of this post. How do you know they are keeping Stick on the 53 and cutting someone else? That is also not masterly!
