True story - some years ago a country singer/songwriter, named Bobby Bare came out with a version of God Bless America which he called God Bless America Again. The heirs of Irving Berlin had an attorney send him a cease and desist letter. Bobby told the attorney, 'You're gonna love my new one - "I'm dreaming of a White Christmas Again". Bobby said he never heard from them again.

I'm assuming Dissly has the mitts for it at least.

However each case is different. Singer Weird Al Yankovic often obtains permission from artists before doing a parody of their song. Before using a copyrighted work, looking at how a court may determine fair use can be helpful, but often it’s best just to get permission first."

Hip hop borrowing of riffs is more prevalent than parody. Courts have generally ruled that rhythm chord progressions and beats are usually not copyrightable, hence sampling became ubiquitous. And for good reason, there are a finite number of progressions, almost any song can be found similar to a prior song if this theory was stretched. It would stifle artistic creation and inundate courts. Led Zep notoriously borrowed riffs and progressions, go find Spirit’s instrumental track “Taurus” and compare it to Stairway to Heaven, which they went thru multiple court cases and Zep won on. I agree with the ruling - it’s enough different that it’s unique imo. Some considered them thieves, I found them to be brilliant at taking obscure bits of ideas and turning them into international platinum hits. I understand both sides, to each his own.
lyrics and lyric melody, conversely, usually are protected. Parody is on a fine line when copying melody lines with different lyrics. Weird Al avoided question, and showed respect, by just getting the rights.
your parody lyrics, sitting on paper, are not an infringement - so rules Judge Dmac. But this court requires cogent valid legal arguments. The court accepts your revised and extended remarks now, good counselor, with your retraction from the record of your initial flawed legal position.
