Yep...I think we need MAX PROTECT on EVERY pass play...both TE's chip in to help the OT's, and the RB cleans up any pass rush up the middle...after the TE's chip, they both peel out into the flats to become dual hot receivers if needed...I do NOT want to see any long passes dialed up, at least until we get our starting OT's back in there...and even then, on those bomb calls, I'd STILL like to see max protect...that's what got Herbie injured last time--we had two receivers wide open long, but not enough time for Herbie to sling the rock due to poor pass pro and/or blitz...

I think we were in max protect on a couple of those jail break sacks in second half against PIT.... we just did not execute... and got both QB's killed....

Chiefs are missing Pacheco and relying Carson Steele, a UDFA from UCLA, and Kareem Hunt. Steele is a good player, not explosive, and had a fumbling problem at UCLA. Hunt just got signed. We should be able to make them one-dimensional. But its a tough dimension

Steele still has that fumbling problem. He coughs the ball up alot. Helmet on ball...

Bolts would have a hard enough time taking on the Chiefs + refs even if fully healthy. Expecting Chiefs to give us a nice beat down, but will be glad if we at least keep it competitive.

-Sit anyone who has the slightest injury
-Save all designer blitzes and clever offensive plays for a game where we can win

I made plans to do some out of town work this Sunday that I originally had scheduled for the bye the following week. But it turns out I can't do the work a week early, so I have no excuses to not watch the game. I could easily find another reason to be out of town, but I've decided to be brave and watch the game. Who knows what can happen.
