Looking forward to watching the young guys grow as a team. Should be a lot of fun to watch the Bolts this year. I only wish Ingram was out there. I was looking forward to watching him this season. But there are plenty of things to be excited about as a Bolts fan no matter the record when the season ends.

I agree with this take, although I have to say I'm more excited than emotionally invested in this year's team. It just seems there is so much to overcome, especially if injuries hit. And they always seem to with the Bolts.

I just want to see a well-prepared team that plays with enthusiasm and doesn't act like they are indifferent to it all. I want to see them take it to the other side physically and not be out-physicalled. If we can do that, and play with some intelligence, I don't think the season will be total disappointment, and we might even end up at .500 on the year.

I don't think the Texans will be a true indicator of our team because there's a lot more learning of the system and bonding of units that has to take place, esp. the OL. I think about mid-way through the season will give us a better idea of what kind of team we have.

In a word, I just want to see progress.

Thankfully I've grown accustomed to slow starts. In a rebuilding year I would expect nothing less.

I'd be ok with 2-14 if we beat the Raiders twice...
That said, I'm pretty excited to see some changes.
Only real disappontments for me so far will be not seeing DX and Ingram become stars this year.

I would rather root for a crappy team that overacheives, than a favorite that underacheives and doesn't execute. Any day.
