He just hasn't proven he is mentally elite unfortunately. The physical attributes are there but that isn't enough.

Its physical too though. His footwork has been dreadful this second half. Burrow is just such a better QB. I hope Herbert can develop a bit more, but this game shows his warts and problems for sure. He isn't a guy that wins a game for you. He is a game manager.
