If Dicker makes the FG in that situation, does that mean there was never a chance he would miss? That's the implication of your argument here.

Is my defense utterly gassed? Or still playing strong? I need to know before I make the decision.

Because if my defense is gassed, my decision is to kick the FGA as time expires, because the odds are better than 90% that Dicker makes a kick of less than 30yards.

I love Dicker, but whether my defense is gassed or not, I am going to make Burrow's job as hard as possible.

I'm afraid of Burrow, too. If you kick the winning FG as the clock expires, Burrow doesn't even get an opportunity. I like the odds of Dicker making a 20 yard.
