Palmer is slow. Yes Herbert needs to hit him but Herbert lead him so he could keep running but Palmer is the slowest WR on the team.

Tell that to the offensive line. They need to hold down the fort long enough for the receivers to get downfield ten yards and then shake off the coverage. Unfortunately, that takes about ten seconds…
