if you have two crews each led by their own supervisor doing work for your firm and one crew is loaded with questions about employee issues and complications with projects on and on and the other crew seems to run smoothly and operate more efficiently at some point you have to wonder if one of the crews mysteriously got all the bad apples or you have to look at the person heading the bad crew and come to the realization that the supervisor of troubled crew is just not a good leader...
If Harbaugh fired both Minter and Roman today, who is going to get a job right away and who may or may not even get another wiff? I think the answer is obvious, Roman was unemployed for a reason and it's odd for these guys to be on the street and not be on a staff somewhere...
