He must be close to an NFL record for defensive offsides/lining up in the neutral zone penalties.

I understand jumping off once in awhile, or reacting to a twitch by the offense that was not seen or caught by the refs.... but I cannot understand the number of times he is lined up a yard offsides, while looking at the football???...its not like lines on a football field are imaginary or just an opinion???....lol

I agree we're playing with house money and although I want to hit the jackpot, I'll be ok whatever happens. From 5-12 to 11-6 is amazing, especially given they had to chew down TT's $60M cap hole at the same time.

Texans get "most" of their pass rush pressure from their DEs. If Slater plays, we match up well to that strength. They still have a good IDL, not knocking them, they are in the playoffs too. Just its not as dire - Chargers bookends manhandled the Broncos rush, which is also best from the edge. Thats why you get stud bookends, the best pass rushers on every team play out there.

wait - they don't know how to stunt them inside to the OG, do they?

fuck it - we'll win this week, I can feel the jimmy juju flowing ...

Not directed at anyone in particular but, do we have new Charger fans in the building?
Part of the price of Bosa's positive plays, is the fact that he's going to be offsides, this should be known and accepted by now. Minter certainly does.
BTW, you guys liked that Henley interception?
Doesn't happen without Bosa bullrushing a raider OL into AOC.
But let's continue to cry about his offsides penalties and overlook the absolute huge IMPACT he makes.
We all trust Minter's judgment until it comes into conflict with our perogative to hate on Bosa.
All I ask is that we be fair(er).
Not asking for anyone to be a big fan or supporter like I am, but give the guy a break, he's still making plays!
James certainly got a break from many of the same Bosa haters the last few years until he decided to be a force again this year. And yet it was taboo to even raise a question about James, meanwhile, Bosa is everyone's whipping boy.
            Just saying, fair is fair.

I agree, he makes impact plays, but i just dont understand how anyone lines up offsides????..... that is being intentionally stupid..... there are many reasons someone might jump offsides(drawn off, etc), but not lining up offsides....

What positive plays? They are few and far between now. Not worth the penalties he is responsible for. Mack makes more positive plays than Bosa and I can't remember if he's ever been flagged for being offsides as a Charger.

Well the one I mentioned basically turned the momentum for us vs the raiders. Henley can thank him directly for his first interception.
Do I keep a list? No
But I'll be sure to point them out more often.

What have the Chargers done all season?

They beat the teams they were supposed to beat. That’s their superpower. Did they ever lose a game they were favored to win? I can’t remember any.

And I don’t expect it to change this Saturday.

                        Go Bolts.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.
                        Let’s win one for Mack.

Bosa issue is the 18 starts over past 3 seasons. He is productive when healthy, 14 sacks and 4 FF over last 3 seasons, but he often is money sitting on the bench. Add in a silly penalty along with missing games, plus how much he gets paid and he is prime target to be jeered by fans for lack of production. If he stays healthy and has a great playoffs, that would be fantastic. I still think Hortiz should and will move on from Joey because it saves 25mil and Bosa likely spend half the year on IR again.
Who has it better than us?
