Man. With this injury list, we are going to need a sequel to the Falcons game. And funny enough, our opponent this weekend wears the same colors.

We were actually 7-4 outside our division.

But a full strength Houston offense would have had a better record and would probably be favored over us. Can't take this game
lightly just because we are favored. Houston's D is legit and they are very good against the pass. We've been living off the pass, so this
game can get very interesting.

Good news Slater looks like he'll play. But QJ, Dobbins questionable, not good.

Hou's avg vs pass is very similar to ours. They're good, so are we. Their offensive stats for the season are very similar to ours.
BUT picks. Stroud 12, herbert 3. Herbert clearly has better ball security.. Red zone D. We allow @ 4 ppg fewer over the season, @ 7 over the last 7 games.
All this means little to the actual game on Sat. if the Chargers play their best game, we should win. If not ? Hou probably will.

Herbert has the best QBR on play-action of all the playoff QBs. The Texans' OL has struggled to protect Stroud all season.

Never say never. Dude was pretty much useless in the regular season, but the playoffs is a whole new season.

I saw that clip. I think it was just this year - that on play action -- he is the best in the league.

Chargers really got smart when they started letting Herbert go down the field with 20+ yard throws. Orlovsky mentioned that either under center or in shot gun, Herbert has excelled with the play-action
(just another reason to keep adding to the WR room with a draft pick that can add to what Ladd and QJ do already - that could mean Tee Higgins, but probably not. But also now KA or MW )

I do think Global Warming has something to do with it. We don’t get Santa Ana’s in January usually September October. 100 miles an hour Santa Ana’s we don’t get that.

I think all what you said is true and I believe that. That’s what led to this. And it’s exactly what they did. Pray for everybody and hope they recover and hope it never happens again.

I've seen Santa Anas occur at every time of year in my long life. This event's winds are much stronger than the "typical" SA, but are not strongest ever:
