Herbert needs a franchise TE. If Loveland and Warren are still on the board, it’s a no brainer, IMO.

Most seem to be talking about the offense, mainly a weapon now that Becton was signed, but I think defensive line is very much in play for the first round. Kenneth Grant, Derrick Harmon, Walter Nolen, Donovan Ezeiruaku, and others should not be overlooked. I'm not advocating for anyone at this point. I'm not in love with any of the defensive tackles, and the two pass-rushers I really like, Abdul Carter and Jalon Walker, are going to be long gone before pick #22. But I do think there's a strong possibility that Hortiz and Harbaugh are looking at the defensive line and saying, "We need a young stud there," and if they think there's a really good one at #22 I believe he very well could be the pick.
Whatever the case may be, just get a good player at #22. I prefer the big men up front in the first round, but the main thing is to get the best player available.

Don't sleep on Will Johnson .... he missed the combine and the Michigan pro day .... he's #13 on Jermiah's list.
Big size and questions about speed that went unanswered.
Chargers have some advantage there.
