Just last Friday the magistrate denied a request by Miller's lawyer that Von not have to show up on Monday.

The lawyer is taking the fall for Von who convienently brought a suit with him to Dove Valley just in case.

    What is this guys problem?

Stupidity. Should of held him in contempt and put his ass in jail overnight.

Although this is OT: I wonder if Chris Brown is going to jail after his latest battery. Some guys just don't get it.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

Not showing up for court cases, not paying fines, and pissing off judges generally is more frowned upon by courts than doing actual crimes. Judges tend to be more forgiving of people who hurt other people than they are of people who waste the judges' precious time.
