the ideal situation this early in Hampton’s career would be even split unless if Harris playing poorly…he’s a rookie and he has no idea how much longer this season is than what his body remembers from college…all these guys have to go through that individually but it might help to not be counted on to carry the full load in year one…

Last time we played, Chiefs win by 2 points. 19-17
Game before that was also Chiefs. 17-10
Chiefs haven’t changed much but Chargers have added an enormous amount of new offensive talent across RB’s, WR’s, and TE’s.
Minter and Roman know exactly what to expect while Spagnola has no idea what’s about to clobber him eight ways from Sunday.
Slam dunk Charger win!

True if fans are the primary ingredient but IMO it's the time not invested in travel and extended use of home facilities, going home on more nights.Originally posted by Fouts2herbert View Post
The Chargers haven’t come close to having a real home game experience since they left San Diego…nothing to see here…

They still have Andy, Patrick, and the refs…i expect to see untimely holding calls against us if we begin to establish the run and their right tackle gets to line up 5 yards in the backfield, tackle our defenders from behind, and no flags…we’ll see…Originally posted by Riverwalk View PostLast time we played, Chiefs win by 2 points. 19-17

Maybe but hard to find a rookie RB in this amazing class that is more built for the NFL than Hampton. Elite RBs can step right in at this position more than most positions, unless they are weak at pass pro, which is not an isue for Omarion.Originally posted by Fouts2herbert View Post

I'm sure Najee wil get carries but they sure as hell are going to give a full load because of the time he has missed. Giving him the start and the bulk of the carries is asking for an avoidable injury, IMHO.Originally posted by jamrock View Post
If Harbaugh cared about that stuff he'd start Najee over Hampton, which he said he isn't. Najee has never missed a start in 4 years. This game will be the firstADOPTED BOLT: Quentin Johnson
Season: WK4
REC: 22
YARDS: 337
TDs: 4
Time to put my money where my mouth is: Hampton will be better than Jeanty!

hamstrings and fumbles more likely with a guy missing as much time as Harris has…hopefully he’s ready to go…Originally posted by Chargers8491 View Post

Hopefully that’ll be the case for Hampton, I remember even LT suffered some rookie fatigue in year one but they also ran him way too much…I don’t think Harbaugh would do that to Omarion…Originally posted by CanadianBoltFan View Post

No that wont happen, Harbaugh and Roman always like to work ina 2nd RB. I think it will end up being 60/40 Hampton as the season goes on.Originally posted by Fouts2herbert View Post

Minters defense is designed to keep everything in front of them…we still have to worry about their run game…I think their RB is in a contract year, correct?Originally posted by CanadianBoltFan View PostThere is lots of talk about the Chiefs wanting to rediscover the deep passing game. Are we worried abour thier deep speed and explosive plays?
