We all remember the last Raider week. Best week for the team’s future in decades.

That was last year though. Why they didn't exploit that more in prior years is dumbfounding.

That accounts for 2024, but not years prior to that. (Granted, new admin now.)

Its not like USC didn't try to do the same to teams.

But Carrol asked Harbaugh at midfield post game 'whats the deal?'

Harbaugh has mellowed quite a bit ..... there shouldn't be a beef between them after all this time.

Would be great to run up the score against the Raiders since they did that to us 63-21 which finally sealed the deal on Staley. I never thought I'd despise another coach as much as Norv Turner but Staley far surpassed him.

Both were experts at squandering talent; but in truth, Norvel was a piker in comp with Staley when it came to that.
Everything about Staley rubs me the wrong way.

McLynn actually got a few impressive wins and were run out of town with basically crappy rosters put together by TT.

You could argue their beef started back as rivals when Jim was playing and Pete was the DC for NYJ.
                    here's a solid video:

Jim then tried to recruit Pete's son to Stanford.

Remember that AL had some pretty awful in-game decisions that lost us games...

The players showed the world that they were done playing for his weak ass, even if John Spanos had no clue what the pulse of the team was...Staley was a real let down, he's one of those people that mimics normal human interactions really well to fit in and to advance but once he has to stand on his own two feet and be who he really is, then he has nothing...the guy fooled everyone, he's a con man pretending to be an NFL caliber coach...he's a less financially successful version of Urban Meyer...
