It’s not clear to me how much of that number is due to the number of FAs that will release after this season, vs actual free money to go on a shopping spree with. Not saying we don’t have a big stack to spend, I honestly don’t know what it is after Joe refills all of the other positions.Originally posted by OG619FrightninLightnin View Post
2nd most cap space next year at $111
LAC have 35 players under contract for 2026 - I don’t know how different that is from other teams? Let me look …
Chiefs have 36, with $31M cap space today
DEN has 38, with $60M cap space
LVR has 32, with $114M cap space
LAR has 39, with $98M
Maybe we really are in great cap space to spend a lil extra somepin somepin. Chiefs look like they got a hard squeeze.Justin Herbert is Elite. Ride or Die ...

Pretty certain Hortiz will be selective, and continue mostly with past practices.Originally posted by OG619FrightninLightnin View Post

No big free agent contracts, unless its someone they really like.
TT, on the other hand, treated cap space in 2022 like a sailor out to sea for 6 months,
who had just sailed into port, got loaded up on cheap booze and was looking for action at 1 am.
