Jeanty is a way better RB than vidal.... lol its not about numbers... MJD was short but was 230 with speed and POWER and he ran over Merriman like a rag doll....

by size i mean size and strength = POWER.... when it is 3rd and one or 4th and one, the Chargers have been running Herbert instead of vidal who gets stopped or goes backwards....
vidl ran well with blocking running wide against MIA who lets everyone run at will..... and MIN who also does not put ip much resistance.....

At least Vidal is not a fumbler like Ekler and Gordon....

We all have seen many times when Harris or Hampton have no blocking they have the POWER to break tackles or push defenders back..... vidal does not.... Vidal needs blocking....

He's activated, likewise Patterson. Hopefully we can make it a run heavy game, spare Herbert from hits and sacks.

I like Vidal but give the others some carries if it's going well.

But, we all saw power last Sunday ... Vidal getting extra yards carrying people.

No, he's not running over linebackers.

not really.... not running up the middle....and bad tackling by Vikings.... Chargers need to sign a bigger back with power so that Vidal can be the change up..... he got nothing against Indy which is a good not great defense.... and we got smoked.... Vidal is nothing more than a rotational back....

                      it is possible!... =)

If we play our best, out of our minds every week, and avoid stupid penalties, mistakes, and injuries!

Im hoping we play this game against TEN with same gusto we had agaisbnt Vikes.... no matter what players are playing!

We cannot be flat like we were aganst Giants

Vidal is doing a great job of running, receiving and picking up blitzes.... wish we would activate a bigger back like Johnson as a contrast and short yardage back.....

The reality is that tomorrow we will lean on Vidal, maybe Jarret. Amar. Who knows. Matlock. Herbert. Short passing game.

                        Then comes Tuesday.

My hopes are that Vidal has a break out game, with production that happens in any way it can be described. Elusiveness. Deceptive power. Explosive jitterbug moves. Stop-start. Cutbacks. It all adds up.

Flew into Nashville for the game tomorrow with my 11 year-old son. Checked into the hotel and then headed to dinner. We’re at the host stand getting checked in, and a group walks in, including Keenan Allen! We both gave him a fist bump and said hello. Hopefully he sets the record tomorrow.
