Not the prettiest of performances if you will, but a dub is all that matters. Vidal was immense and I think Herbert will be alright going forward. 8-4 withthe banged up team we have overall is pretty good tbh. On to Philly! I am going to do my best to fly out for it.

They're all hard. Just win the next. Worry about the rest when their name comes up. Eagles deserve respect, BUT they're not playing like last year.
Chargers have better stats pretty much across the board. AND We're 4 - 0 in prime time games.

Lance is the kind of backup that can win in a surprise start but can't have sustained success due to limitations. The running with him will be elite though especially if hampton is back running RPOs.

against these next 5 teams, doing a handoff from shotgun is going to be much different than it was against this crappy Raiders team.

^ This...pass pro with Salyer was MUCH improved...and who says he can't run block? He threw a beauty to seal off the outside and spring Vidal on that house call...NICE!!!

there was one block that took out 2 raiders defenders(one blocked into the other pancaked both) on that sweep TD.... was that Sayler's block?

I very seriously doubt Herbert will miss anytime. If he came back in to play, he can go after the surgery, but I can promise you they will have his hand well protected.

Yeah I agree. I do think he will play next week, just anxious to see how effective he will be.

Big props to the coaching staff who made the right moves at the half. I'm as critical as they come but that also comes with recognizing when they were good. This should be the blueprint going forward. Salyer was great proving all of us armchair GMs correct. Even running to his side was strong.

Salyer's pass pro was pretty solid...most of the pressure/sacks came from Maxx, but Pip did hold him off about as well as u could ask for, considering he's one of the elite pass rushers in the league...

Yep...if Herbie plays, he'll be lined up in the shotgun every play...but hey, it worked vs. the Duhs...

Herbert will play. And he will be able to take snaps from under center. They will have his finger stabilized after surgery tomorrow. Fingers heal fast, especially with surgery. The game is not until Monday. IMO, his finger will be almost a non-factor next week.
