Heat is 100% spot on, some of us occasionally added Nick in the past but far too often we forget as he is quasi invisible, the little minx!

Fire him too. Sorry Nick, it’s just business. You can come to the pregame parties and shit still, no fee as an alum. But we cannot accept the “Boze won’t listen” defense because it’s not just Boze. Whoever was hired to coach the center did not do an adequate job. Nick will understand thats how it is. Then - The guy hired to coach the OL but took 31 games to make them bad but not horrendous needs to go too - just not enough progress as a line coach. Last - The guy hired to design the offense and call plays … awww forget it, we’re not getting rid of him.

Let’s try some new line coaches (with records of success) and hope that can get an OL closer to whatever this imagined vision Gro has in his head where his offense works. I’m actually certain that with superior plan and execution, Gro’s offense would work just fine. He’s a bit like Norv in that regard. Norv was a brilliant OC if you give him 5 or 6 future HOF players. Drop that number to only 3 and he gets in trouble …

I think it’s fair to say in hindsight it wasnt enough. We had very bad IOL play last year, we signed Becton and thats really it. It wasn’t enough - some called for more. Ahem. If the same happens next year - only changes one RG - it will be criminal.

I agree, but don't see that happening. I'm 99.999999% sure they will fix the IOL. I'm pretty sure Penning will be re-signed but that doesn't really help at OC or OG. They have found a roll for him.
        1) Cut Becton, Boz(ret), Dissly, DD, Fisk, and Dupree
        2) Re-sign Tart, Hand (4m), Phillips (5m)
        3) Sign the ERFA's Williams, Patterson, and Vidal (3m).
        4) Sign free agents Cole Strange (OG-1.5 m), Whyatt Teller (OG-10m), Luke Fortner (OC-6.5m), Brunskill (OC-vet min) Leo Chenal (LB-5m), Rashid Shaheed (WR- 14m), Cade Otten (TE-8m) Greg Dulcich (TE-3m), K'Lavon Chaisson (ED 9m), Myers (DT-7.8m), Alec Ingold (FB-6m), Hendrickson (ED-25m), Seumalo (OG-9m), AVT (OG). Jenkins (OG- 12m)

I think Nick is like an intern type deal for getting his coaching career started. Learning the ropes type thing.

              End the game Derwin James!

What I like most about this win, is the Chargers beat up the Chiefs physically on their own turf in front of their fans, just made their lives miserable. The Chargers' D is very physical and becoming quite intimidating.

                  This cracks me up:

At the conclusion of the game at Arrowhead, Tony Jefferson was waiting for his teammates in the tunnel...Shirtless in 20 degree weather.

the tony jefferson victory cam 😭

If Kelce does indeed retire, this will be his last play against us.

its been really odd this week, after watching our Charger team live on the softer side of the 50 for pretty much the last 50 years, to read Chiefs fans calling them “dirty” - universal code for they were more physical and hit us harder than we hit them.

I encourage them to cry harder
