With Roman replaced by MM and the players who got in the doghouse (Becton, Conklin, Dissley) gone the team will have more success and Harbaugh a better grade next year.

For a HC, Jim had a lot of bosses. 🤔

Until I know WHY he got a bad grade (which we'll never know) then it's a nothing-burger.
For all we know, maybe some guys didn't like being held accountable.
All the wild speculation is just that. Jim is best coach we've had since before I became a fan.
If I HAD to speculate, I'd be more concerned if he got a perfect A because maybe thats a sign players aren't being challenged enough.
We could just as easily speculate the other way.
We simply do not know.

He had a load of employees who impacted results to some degree. Roman was a high negative impact guy.
