Midway through last season:

Rivers

Time to throw: 2.72
Time to sack: 2.43

His current time-to-throw of 2.39 seconds would've made even last seasons OL look better.

No doubt. But Norv wasn't calling such plays. All of his plays seemed to be taking at least 2.44 seconds.

The most important acquisition we've made so far this year - based on the first 4 games - has been McCoy. There isn't even a close 2nd, IMO.
