When McCoy interviewed, one thing that apparently blew them away was how prepared and organized he was. That's starting to show. Football at this level requires attention to detail and from Eddie Royal's comment it sounds like that's something on which McCoy focuses. I haven't seen one, but I would bet he runs very efficient practices.

I think the teacher and communicator roles are very prominent with McCoy as the head coach and the results are showing from all the coaching staff down to the players. I'm excited for the future.

I agree. I think the coaching staff has done a very good job for the most part. The offense has played like the real deal so far. The defense, short of talent at several positions, has done just enough to allow the team to win two games.
