Love it. Regardless of how the win column looks at the end of this season, I'm hopeful for the future. If we can hold on to this staff, with all the coaches and players continued buying into the system, we might have something great again.Well.. you can at least see the croutons in the dark.

When McCoy interviewed, one thing that apparently blew them away was how prepared and organized he was. That's starting to show. Football at this level requires attention to detail and from Eddie Royal's comment it sounds like that's something on which McCoy focuses. I haven't seen one, but I would bet he runs very efficient practices.

I agree. I think the coaching staff has done a very good job for the most part. The offense has played like the real deal so far. The defense, short of talent at several positions, has done just enough to allow the team to win two games.
