Forget this guy. Last I looked, SS didn't cost us any games this year.
Unless you count the Titans game where Gilchrist dropped an interception that would have sealed the win and we'd have a 5-2 record right now...

Forgive my poor memory, but isn't that the game where the holding penalty at about 2 minutes left prevented us from running out the clock?
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

Jackson back to San Diego?!? I don't think there are many here who wouldn't want him back!!! Count me in favor. I agree with the premise of as many playmakers on the team as possible.

I wonder how much VJ is looking at how good Rivers is playing and where our team is heading and hating his situation. He has money and... not much else.

I don't think anyone is happy about playing for Schiano.

How about Taylor and a fourth for Byrd? Hear the VJ comparison but VJ has not been a problem since the signing and Byrd could be similar if he agrees to a deal with the trade. Plus, playing next too Weddle will shrink the ego a bit.

considering he signed very big money to a team that had an even worse record than the Chargers before he signed, with a "promising" young qb he hadn't developed chemistry with instead of a probowl qb, my guess is he's more than happy gettin mad money.

Will he be a difference maker vs Denver and KC this year? What is that worth?

yeah VJ doesnt strike me as the type that cares too much how his team does. doesnt mean hes not competitive or a great player, but I dont think football is his life.

No, if he costs more than a 4th... I like what TT can draft for us more!

                      Go Bolts!!!

The scary thing for any team that trades for Byrd is he is not allowed to negotiate a new contract until after the regular season ends.

                        1) Jason Verrett (CB) TCU
                        2) Demarcus Lawrence (OLB) Boise St
                        3) Will Sutton (DT) Arizona St
                        4) Jarvis Landry (WR) LSU
                        5) John Urschel (OC) Penn St
                        6) Shamar Stephen (DT) UConn
                        7) Brock Coyle (ILB) Montana
