I could be wrong, but if we were to switch to a 4-3 (which I do not think would be a good move) then Liuget and Reyes would be inside and Ingram would be a DE, not an OLB.

yep, which exactly why we drafted English & Ingram where/when we did, and tried out guys like Jyles Tucker and Antwan Applewhite in the AJ Turd Polishing experiments.

I hate our coverage schemes. Been asking for press man for years.

In order to play press coverage you need to 1) have fast physical corners, and 2) be able to create pressure. I think PAGANO is doing the best with what he has. let's get some guys back next season, add some depth in the draft and FA, and give the man the type of players he need to coach how he would like to, not forced to. seriously, if you take away Seattle or KC s top4 pass rushers, how do you think their D would perform, and do you think they would run the same schemes they are now?

I'll be curious to see if Mark Davis does indeed follow in his father's footsteps and blow the entire team up yet again. The only difference is that whoever he brings in, while inheriting a team with a lot of holes, at least will be in good cap shape and will have hope of rebuilding quickly.

Sort of, but at least JJ had a few good (not great) years. Davis became a complete head case in Kansas City, they even brought in Dobson who could not help him get back.

I don't think we have any player particularly tying us to a 3-4 currently. If there's ever a time to change systems, this is it.

As more teams switched to a 3-4 talent for the 304 became scarcer. I've advocated a switch for the last 3 years due to this. The NFL is a league of copycats, and you generally need to stay ahead of the curve.
