Every time the chargers lose, a lot of fans can't take the emotion of losing out and end up overreacting, like the expectations of this team was anything but 8-8 (at best, before the injuries). It's like a lot of fans don't grasp the concept that this was never going to be a one year fix. Mccoy has been a solid hire. The only game you can pin on coaching realistically is the redskins one (newsflash; coaches make sketchy decisions sometimes. even the great ones like belichick. as long as it doesn't become a trend it's ok. Also, he's a rookie head coach. They can get better too, not just players) He's had the team playing over their heads pretty much the whole season. Rivers looks better than he has in his whole career. The offense fits him perfectly. The D has been decimated with injuries and they had no depth to begin with, yet they have kept the team in games. Losing to the raiders doesn't mean shit because if you compare the current rosters, their team is pretty much on the same level san diego is at. Telesco's first draft so far has been a home run. Three starters, all of them above average, with two of them being probable cornerstones of the offense. Some of you can cry all you want but it doesn't matter because I know this team will be a winner and it will be sooner rather than later.
Avoided the board for a week
