Seems like all the RBs can block, that's good.

I just have a think about having two small backs on the roster, I never liked when we had Woodhead and Oliver, now Oliver and Ekeler, I like each ones talent but they are kind of the same small backs who do the same thing. I like the combination of backs to be your
Feature Back Starter -Gordon
Change of Pace\Backup- Oliver or Ekeler
Thumper Brusier Short Yardage- ? Not on the Roster and I don't think the FB Watt brings that.

I agree on the two small backs is a bad thing theory. We need a competent 2 down back to spell Gordon and while Oliver "can" do it, he shouldn't. I am optimistic about eckler but just can't say yet. Williams would be solid in our backfield and we can just cut, for the second time, Clemons.

Based on the moves we have made in the last couple years....smaller fast LBs.....switch to the 43 Under.....intense passing game with the addition of MW etc. It would almost seem to me we are taking a very similar approach to football that the Falcons have been. Not comparing the rush attack of the Falcons but they are pretty good about complimenting each other. Lots of misdirection etc. However i do think Sark is bad news for RBs. I just keep seeing similar trends to Atlanta.
Devonta Freeman - 5'8 - 205 ---------- Brandon Oliver - 5'8 208
Tevin Coleman - 6'1 210 ---------------Melvin Gordon 6'1 215
Terron Ward - 5'7 199 ----------------Austin Ekeler 5'8 195
