              Or Thomas. I'd rather have Gates. The only guy that id take over Gates right now is Barnige but apparently he won't play for peanuts either. I think either guy will get just over 1 million for the vet minimum for the years in the league.

                Chargers sign a tight end, but not Gates. UDFA Austin Roberts, UCLA. He is the son of RB Coach Alfredo Roberts. They cut LS Anthony Kukwa to make room:
