Man, I didn't think we could make the playoffs in a million years with this defense. Never happier to be dead ass wrong. Kudos to Telesco and McCoy for leading this team to the playoffs. The fake punt call was by McCoy makes me proud to have him as my team's coach. He put us over the top when our players needed a little push. In other words, he was/is the polar opposite of that anchor known as Norv Turner.

I guess the legitimate question now is if this D can win in the playoffs. If the Chargers can play ball control, and get the D off the field, and score, they can play with anyone. Can the Chargers beat Cincy, Denver and who ever after.... At least they've seen them all except the Pats.

This would be the perfect year for Rivers to finally nut up and put together an elite-status playoff run. If we play ball control with timely defensive stops we can hang with anybody.

Falling flat against Oakland and a scrub KC team has me concerned, but there is no denying this team can and will fight to the bitter end.

seemed to me early on the defensive guys were going through the motions like they felt they were already in after Miami and Bengals lost- and all they had to do was show up and roll over the KC backups. Then Butler dropped that easy INT pick 6 on the 1st drive and I got worried things were going to go bad for us

That was the Eagles' home opener. Is that what you're referring to? (The last four super bowl champions -- 2009 Saints, 2010 Packers, 2011 Giants, 2012 Ravens -- all played the Eagles in the Eagles' home opener.)
