It's amazing just how long things like Special Teams has been an issue for the Chargers. Remember the opener in 2011 against the Vikings?

Coming off their special teams woes in 2010, the Chargers allowed a 103-yard opening kickoff return to Percy Harvin on the very first play of the game... a play in which Kicker Nate Kaeding also suffered a season-ending injury.

Here's a thought; why don't we go out and hire the best freakin' special teams coach available since it obviously keeps being one of the "main" achillies heel of the team... which has been especially true this decade (the 2010's)!
