OIP, was there another kicker available that the Bolts could have gotten this off season? Sturgis looked like the best option when he was signed, no? And he is making pretty good money for a kicker, so it isn't like they picked the cheapest option they could find.

"When he was signed" he was a good option. But there have been better options available since he was signed. Given what took place last season I think getting the best possible player at that position shouldve been a priority.

Bailey? Hasn't exactly been lights out either. Missed one 40-49 and one chippy. at one pt one of rhe best kickers. He also has been far from clutch in big moments. Review 2015 playoff vs GB, last year vs sea to get to playoffs. He also hasn't been very good since his groin injury last year. At one time he was lights out....no longer the case though.
