The odd thing is that Gruden historically doesn't like young players, he likes veteran players (and looking at who he added this season, it doesn't appear as if anything changed). Looks like a total rebuild for when they move to Vegas. Our games against them just got easier!

The Raiders have been building for well over 10 years lol. Getting first round picks for your former first round picks is only a good idea if you make good selections with those first round picks and unfortunately for the Raiders, those selections more times than not have not been good selections.

He doesnt have total control. McKenzie went in front of reporters about the Cooper trade and made it clear it was his decision and that he makes those decisions and that Gruden is not in charge and called it comical. He said they work very well together and he likes everybodys input on thingsbut he makes the decisions. When asked about anybody being untouchable on the team, he said yes, i am untouchable.
