Pretty clear now that we wasted a lot time and draft picks with poor player development. There is so much chance (luck) involved in this stuff. Do our 2007 to 2009(10) drafts work out better with a staff like McCoy has put together? Some guys overcome bad situations in this league, but many do not and you only get so many chances in the NFL.
