Chiefs Kareem Hunt pushed and kicked woman on video

The Chiefs sent Kareem Hunt home from their practice facility Friday.

Hunt addressed reports of this particular altercation back in August, stating he had "learned from it" and was focused on football. Chiefs owner Clark Hunt said in August that he didn't expect Hunt to be disciplined by the league. The franchise is now acting upon the release of the video to the public. ESPN's Dan Graziano suggests the most likely short-term solution is for Hunt to make the commissioner's exempt list, which would keep him from practicing or attending games until a final decision is made. Hunt could also be facing a six-game suspension under the league's Domestic Violence Policy.

Well, RR effectively lost his career over it, but the official suspension was only one season.

Well, per Schefter and others, the league and the Chiefs supposedly were not granted access to the video, as the hotel would only provide it to the police, and the Cleveland PD wouldn't release it to the NFL. TMZ gets the video somehow. My guess... someone at the PD leaked it, and pocketed cash.

Now radioactive. I see the Pats taking the flyer on his contract, though. But teams on the top of the waiver priority that don't care about fan reaction might... Raiders, Bengals, Jags come to mind. But he won't play this season.
