M. Sam is definitely not a hero...he might of had just enough confidence to "come out" because his college team had already accepted him...but that doesn't really make him anything special. He has however chosen to do something that a few others before him (DT Esera Tuaolo, OT Kwame Harris, and DB Wade Davis) have not...which is be totally open about it before even entering the league. But like this guy says...in a league laced with players of lesser character...as long a team feels it can accept them jnto their brotherhood & he can become an integral part of a defense...then?

But seriously, you seriously think that there is not at least 1 gay player on every team in the NFL ? The odds in the general population are 1 in 10, is that correct? If so 5.3 per team would be average.

I think it went down like this.
Courtney Hall is the best offensive player on the team, so everybody else better show some respect.

I remember Henning had Hall play guard in 1990 because he had two centers and no guard, so Hall just moved over one year. He also graduated from college at something like 20. He was a great Charger.
