OT - Android Tech Issue - Still No Fix Yet For Stuck Threads

Strange. I could access the sticky threads on my Kindle Fire tablet (Android 5), and an Android 6 phone, but not on an Android 9 phone. Using Chrome on all three.

That is strange i use an lg v20. It runs on android 7.0 and its not working. Wonder if it affects 8.0 as well. Then we would have a base line knowing its a continuation problem from android 7.0 and up

For reference my lg v20 is rocking android 7.0. So maybe its affecting 7.0 and up

When did you first encounter this problem? It sounds like you used to be able to access the stickied threads? So it wasnt after an android update?

Started today. But my phone hasnt been updated since 2017. Still running 7.0

But it seems to be that the hyper links for the sticky threads is the problem. Because if i click your profile pic, and look at your recent posts i can go to a sticky thread that way. I just cant open them directly

My Android 9 phone is not stock, its a customized build, as Google no longer updates the Nexus 6. I'm pretty sure that I was able to access sticky threads when it was stock Android 7. I could be wrong though as I can't test it now, easily.

Hmmm. I left this phone bine stock, and when i woke up today stickies wouldn't work. We need a larger ammount of people with androids trying to open stickies. Posting the results and what theyre running. Could help narrow the field
