DBrown has had his own injuries over the years which is one of the reasons he hasn't had that many carries (on top of not being the number 1 guy). Still hoping we'd pickup a bigger back (maybe in the draft) brown is only 5 lbs heavier than woodhead and 10 lbs lighter than Mathews. That's a lot of lightweight backs

I really doubt Ben Tate was going to sign on with any team where he wouldn't immediately be the #1 RB. He wants his own team and not to continue playing the back-up role. So even at even money, I doubt SD was ever really an option.
