I think they should run some packages just for Tyrod like the Saints do with Shaun Hill. Totally different look for teams to prepare for.

I would think there will be some short yardage packages. RPO is highly effective in those situations.

Nice...I have done video editing for many years, and have used a lot of public domain footage and stills...there's a ton of free PD stuff at nasa and jpl, not to mention various branches of our government (army, navy, coast guard, etc.).

Didn't this guy lose his job to Peterman in Buf? Then on to the Browns only to be replaced by Mayfield? I get that Lynn likes guys he's familiar with, but nothing to get excited about here and there's likely better vet backups to be had.

Losing his job to Peterman only to watch Peterman throw 5 picks to us was obviously a bad coaching call and not an indication of Tyrod's ability as a quarterback.

As for Cleveland, they obviously signed him as a transition guy and got the guy they wanted in the draft.

And at any rate, this is a back up QB signing. It's nothing to be excited about but it's a solid acquisition and a clear upgrade over Geno.

I know he wasn't no brees but Billy Volek did a pretty good job backing up Rivers.
