First Mock this year, 3 rounds

Ive been working 6 days a week, 10 hour days while out of town so ive really no time for all this stuff this year but i did throw this together over a 4 day period right before Steve Smith was traded to Baltimore , ....so however long ago that was.
I probably wont do another but it is a look and how i can see some players drafted whether or not you like what i did for us. No trades and im sure we will see a bunch.

    FIRST ROUND

1 Houston Jadeveon Clowney, DE, South Carolina
The Texans need a QB no doubt but it is hard to pass on Clowney and team him with Watt...even if defense isnt the reason they were so horrible, QB is.

2 St. Louis (f/ WAS) Greg Robinson, OT, Auburn
Saffold is a injury machine and was relegated to OG. Robinson start out at RT as a rookie til he takes over for Long at LT.

3 Jacksonville Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Louisville
Blaine Gabbert is awful and was a horrible pick by Jax but picking QBs too early happens all the time.

4 Cleveland Blake Bortles, QB, UCF
Mike Lombardi was run off as the GM as he should of been which means Hoyer most likely wont be Clevelands answr at QB so they will draft
    one.

5 Oakland Johnny Manziel, QB, Texas A&M
Oakland also needs a QB badly as Pryor didnt work out and imo Manziel needs a lot of work and shouldnt go this early but chances are, he will

6 Atlanta Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
Atlanta fell hard last season. Injuries to their WRs, a bad signing of an aging RB with a injury history and need of OL really set them back.

7 Tampa Bay Khalil Mack, DE/OLB, Buffalo
Second worst pass rush in the league. They also signed Micahel Johinson to a big contract. The could also pick Sammy Watkins to
play opposite VJ since Mike Williams has had some issues lately. Drafting Mack just gives them a great rotation as Clayborn hasnt exactly
    been lighting it up either.

8 Minnesota Sammy Watkins, WR, Clemson
Minnnesota has Greg Jennings who is 30 and coming off an alright year and they have Cordarelle Paterson and then nothing else at WR.
Yes they can use a QB but they resigned Cassell (for some reason) and still have Ponder but still might make QB a pick here.

9 Buffalo Ryan Shazier, OLB, Ohio st
Some might say this is too early for Shazier and it is. I wont argue that but i think this is a good fit for him and i think he will go sooner than he is projected and wont make it them in the 2nd. Buffalo seems to always pick players way higher than projected so this is my pick that makes you go, WTH? Buffalo's OLBs are weak and one is Manny Lawson who is just not a play maker and the other is a nobody. The guy is a classic 4-3 OLB who is fast and athletic and along with Kiko Alonzo will immensly help their defense.

10 Detroit Darqueze Dennard, CB, Michigan St.
CB is their biggest weakness followed by WR when after Burleson went down, they had nobody else to step up at WR and we all know
this is a strong WR class.

11 Tennessee Anthony Barr, OLB, UCLA
Welp, im no fan of Jake Locker so i think QB is a need for them and Whisenhunt hasnt had a good QB since Warner left when he was at AZ.
That said, thy also need a pass rush and Whisenhunt hired Ray Horton from Pittsburgh as his DC so they should be playing some 3-4 if not switching completely. Barr fits for them as a OLB.

12 NY Giants Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The Giants OL was terrible last season. LT William Beatty had a sub-par year, and then broke his leg in the season finale. As a result
of the bad OL play, Eli seemingly threw a INT every 5th pass and ended up with a career high in that catagory. Justin Pugh played RT
last season but can be kicked inside if Lewan goes to RT unless Lewan would go to LT and Beatty can move to RT since he
struggled last season. Regardless, this picks improves two possitions by moving Pugh to OG not to mention they signed Geoff Schwartz in FA'cy.

13 St. Louis Hasean Clinton-Dix, FS, Alabama
Could go a couple of ways here. The Rams could use another WR but they lack at FS where 183 LB Rodney McLeod is their stater. Clinton-Dix is a far better prospect and has far better size.

14 Chicago Aaron Donald, DT, Pittsburgh
The Bears DL just hasnt been very good and their run defense was just terrible last season. By far the worst against the rush and Donald should be an instant help.

15 Pittsburgh Zack Martin, OT, Notre Dame
The Steelers could use a few things here so this was kinda tough. They have needed a LT for a while now imo and they could use some younger safety's but signed Palomalo to an extention for some reason. Could also use a bigger WR after losing Sanders but this class is loaded with them and they could use a TE who is more versatile than Miller and Ebron is available here....but, im going with bigger need and a value player
    here in Martin.

16 Dallas Timmy Jernigan, DT, Florida State
Dallas' defense was just horsecrap and they need a stout DL so Jernigan is good pick for them. Whether Jerrah makes a sensible pick
    is anybody's guess.

    #2
17 Baltimore Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M
Evans gives the Ravens some talent at WR where Jacoby Jones is a FA and only leaves Torry Smith as the only guy with some
    starting talent.

18 NY Jets Marqise Lee, WR, USC
The Jets really need some WR's. Jeremy Kerley was their most productive WR last year and Santonio Holmes was let go. I do think Ebron would be a good pick here for them too as Jeff Cumberland is their #1 TE with only 26 receptions last season.

    19 Miami Xavier Su'a-Filo, G, UCLA
Miami's OL took a big hit with the controversy. They did sign Brandon Albert in FA'cy to fill one of them after trading Martin to SF and
    Su'a- Filo fills another spot.

20 Arizona Dee Ford, OLB, Auburn
The Cards signed LT Jared Veldheer in FA'cy which eliminates that need. AZ had one of the better defenses in the league last year but
John Abraham who is their best OLB is 36. Sam Acho and Alex Okaforhave yet to make a splash so adding Ford in the mix sure can't hurt.
After Abrahams 11.5 sacks the next highest OLB had 3 (Matt Shaughnessy)

21 Green BayEric Ebron, TE, North Carolina
GB resigned Raji for one year but he played DE for them last year and his play fell off from there, not from NT. I think id move him back to NT.
Findlay still hasnt been cleared to play after neck fusion surgery and Quarles is just an average TE if he had to take over.

22 Philadelphia Justin Gilbert, CB, Oklahoma st
The Eagles secondary was horrendous last season. Nate Allen was awful and Carey Williams did not provide much help when he came over from Baltimore. Fletcher wasnt bad but he was injured often.

23 Kansas City CJ Mosely, ILB, Alabama
KCs defense fell apart in the second half of the season giving up huge points so getting better on defense should be a priority.
Mosely will play next to Derrick Johnson and help to improve them in the middle.

24 Cincinnati Kony Ealy, DE, Missouri
They lost Michael Johnson to FA'cy so this is a good pick for them. Could also go CB here.

25 San Diego Louis Nix, NT, Notre Dame
I really think this is realistic and just didnt make sure we got him and he sure fills a big hole and its harder to find a NT than a CB. Of course this is assuming his knee clears medically 100%.

26 Cleveland (f/ Indy) Odell Beckham Jr, WR, LSU
Beckham is the best value here at a need possition though they could go OT as well.

27 New Orleans Jason Verrett, CB, TCU
Verrett came to the combine heavier than he was during the season and still ran a 4.38. At 189 lbs, he may have calmed some concerns about his size and imo, he is the next best CB off the board.

28 Carolina Cyrus Kouandjio, OT, Alabama
Jordon Gross retired so Carolina needs to fill that LT spot.
Word is Dr James Andrews who evaluated Kouandjio has said that his knee is NOT arthritic and was sending out notices to all 32 teams stating such as he never missed a game or practice.

29 New England Brandin Cooks, WR, Oregon st
Amandola again was injured alot and word was they were listeningn to offers for him. Cooks gives the Pats more talent at WR.

30 San Francisco ReShede Hageman, DE, Minnesota
Tough to fill spots on a loaded team but Hageman can play DE in their scheme and Justin Smith is 34.

31 Denver Kyle Fuller, CB, Virginia Tech
Champ has been released and no word if they will resign DRC and after him, the cupboard is bare.

32 Seattle Kelvin Benjamin, WR, Florida st
Sidney Rice has been released, Golden Tate is a FA. They may bring him back and they do have Percy Harvin but can still use a bigger WR which they do not have now.

I would love that draft if we got Nix, Attaochu, and Latimer with our first 3 picks. No clue who that CB is or the O lineman.

The fact that 99% of mocks have us taking Nix almost assures us that he wont be the pick. lol

I havent seen a ton of mocks but i have seen a few with Nix mocked to us. I see CB being mocked to us more often and im not a fan of picking a CB in the first round. If Nix isnt there i hope Telesco trades down.
