Carson Wentz recorded the best 3rd-year in NFL history:

#1 Highest rating (102.2)
#1 Highest comp % (69.6%)
(min 400 att)

He did so coming off a torn ACL & playing with a broken bone in his back.

He did so w/ no WR catching over 65 passes & no RB avg over 4.3 YPC.

IF he can stay healthy it could be a bargain.

I don't know about a bargain. But if the owners want to give that kind of guarantee, they can't cry when there are cap ramifications. Especially when Jerry Jones gives Dak more than what Wentz got lol.

Dak imo isn't in the top QBs conversation but Jerrah will pay him like one.

Probably. The funny sad thing is that Wentz's deal will look like chump change soon with others coming up. Mahomes is going to shatter everything.

We'll see about Mahomes. Defenses have a way of catching up with good players. Gotta do it for 4 years to get the really big bucks.

He just needs to do it another year, and he'll probably get his record deal. Unless the Chiefs decide to be stupid and wait for his value to go up even more.
