Interesting that the linemen left were not graded as first round players:
Eric Williams
Looking to add some juice to their interior pass rush, the Chargers grabbed Notre Dame defensive tackle Jerry Tillery at No. 28. With his length and ability to push the pocket, Tillery should help Joey Bosa and Melvin Ingram get home more consistently on the pass rush and improve the Bolts' ability to stop the run. Chargers GM Tom Telesco said that Tillery was the last guy on the board his personnel department had a first-round grade on.

I put a tweet from Robert Mays here but I can't see it.
I'll post the link just in case: https://twitter.com/robertmays/statu...16875840892928Last edited by Coachmarkos; 04-25-2019, 09:23 PM."...of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong."

I feel he fits our scheme more than Dexter would have.
Anyways, here's SI's ranking of the DL (for both interior and edge):
11. Jerry Tillery, DL, Notre Dame (Overall Rank: 23)
Height: 6' 61⁄2" | Weight: 295 pounds
An athletic and uniquely long interior line prospect, Tillery could be molded in a number of different ways, as a nose shade or 3-technique in an even front, or as a 3-4 end. Originally recruited as an offensive lineman, he's still a work-in-progress on the defensive side of the ball. But when it clicked for him, he was dominant (see the wreckage left in his wake against Stanford last September).
