Disagree, Jr. at middle linebacker would be intimidating behind our now good D-line. In his prime he had a nose for the ball that defied conventional wisdom. Him and Derwin on the same team scary.

I was so convinced at the time that he was gonna completely open up the offense and LT was gonna have a million yards. :koolaid::killme:

I literally remember where I physically was when I heard the news from a coworker

I have been thinking about this, and my initial thought was Alworth. He played in an era where WR's had a lot against them, and in my opinion, he might have been at the same level as Jerry Rice, maybe better. But in the context of this team, LT is the biggest improvement at the position than Alworth, Fouts, or Seau. The biggest need is the OL, and the early era stars are too small, but I was thinking that Russ Washington would be an big upgrade at tackle,

I am a fool for Pass Rush Specialists,
and how they affect football games.

If not Fred Dean, I would say Leslie O'Neal.
We do not play modern football.

2nd year Merriman was a man among boys.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.
