He does fit the mold of what I would like to see at RG aka big ole mauler that will just crush lineman. Combined with Fluker it would make for a very entertaining sight

I'm not saying he is a bad pickup. Just that he flashes NFL tools, but how do you really know. IMHO, this is the perfect kind of player to bring in. I think he makes a great camp body, if nothing else.

And if I was this kid, I would try and find someone to tutor him on the ways of NFL OL, and keep working my butt off during the break after OTA's and before TC. Guys like him can make final rosters. He looks like he can play, provided he can develop some technique.

Does anyone expect Watts to make the team? I never heard of him prior to us signing him and im wondering why no teams tried to sign him after the draft. He comes from a small school but he won lineman of the year there...which i know means nothing but id think teams would at least try and sign him.

He seems like a long shot to me but who knows ...... How many teams besides us tried to sign Antonio Gates?

Good point but Gates didnt play any college football at Kent st or any college. He was a basketball player.
