Does anybody doubt that we are capable of beating KC @ Arrowhead ?

That place is no longer an automatic L.

Oh kc is beatable. Their run D looks rough.

Play smart smart football. Dink and dunk take what they give you, run them over and don't make stupid mistakes. Keep mahomes on the sideline.

If we don't make critical mistakes (like we tend to), anything is possible.

Mahomes underthrew him a couple of times today.
He is actually good at contested balls,
yet left a few receptions out there on the field today.

All that KC loss shows me is how badly we wasted this season. We should be in the division lead right now if we took care of business all season. And if we just beat the Raiders, we would be playing for the division lead next Monday night. Guys, for your own health, don't get suckered into believing in this team again

I hate to see all the Bolt fans get their hopes back up cuz Tenn pulled off a big upset. I understand it but I don’t condone it.

how bad does that loss in Tenn look right now. We had that game. Raider loss already looked bad, now worse.

If the Ekeler td at the end of the Tenn game hadn’t been reversed we are at 5-5. Season would feel much different even with that Raiders debacle. Such a shame.

what is interesting is mahomes started all 4 of chiefs losses, yet because of Reid's brilliant coaching, Reid's scrub backup QB won 2 games against better teams......
Reid seems to average about 30 points a game no matter who is his QB..... even with their backups.... that's the difference great coaches make..... Reid just has never had a great defense.....

He is scary. And with no Derwin its gonna be tough. Our offense has to play lights out. Not much room for error. Whatever the defense can occasionally provide will help.

I'm trying hard to get those thoughts out of my head, but if we at least win a reasonably expected two out of the three games against Detroit, Tennessee, and Oakland, we're tied for the division lead today. Win just against Oakland and you're playing for the division lead in a week. That even ignores the "easy" "home" games we dropped against Denver and Pittsburgh.

But then I go back to the thought process that if we were actually a playoff caliber team, we would have won nearly all those games. At this point, the team is what it's record shows and even if they pushed into the playoffs with a little more discipline and luck, what were they even going to accomplish against teams like the Pats and Ravens? Too many injuries and holes on the roster, plus severely inconsistent QB play (and defense for that matter), and 4-6 is where we ultimately belong.
